Meet Alana 

Alana Simpson graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in sociology. She holds certifications as a board-certified Autism Technician and a Certified Autism Specialist, with extensive experience in providing therapeutic interventions. Alana is passionate about supporting individuals in their development and well-being.

She has significant expertise in implementing ABA interventions across diverse settings, including homes and center-based programs. Currently, she serves as a Behavioral Therapist at an elementary school. Alana has a comprehensive understanding of behavior analysis and has successfully implemented individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals in various environments.

We provide comprehensive one-on-one parent strategy training. We provide advice and tips on how to implement strategies and how to use the resources that we have on the website. We do not provide personalized Behavior Intervention Plans. Sessions are available via zoom for convenience or depending on your location in-home training for a more personalized approach. Teacher training

We provide training that focus on giving teachers actionable, real-world strategies to effectively address and manage challenging behaviors in the classroom. It’s designed to help educators understand the root causes of behaviors, prevent disruptions, and foster an inclusive environment where all students can thrive.

Cancellation Policy

Spectrum Protection’s Appointment Policy
1) If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be canceled,
and no refund will be issued.
2) If you do not reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance and fail to
attend, no refund will be provided.
3) To reschedule an appointment, please email [email protected] at least
48 hours prior to your session. If you do not have a new date at the time of
rescheduling, that is okay-we can work together to determine a future date.
4) All bookings are non-refundable, but I am happy to work with you to find a suitable time
for your session.
5) In the event that I am unable to attend due to an emergency, I will notify you via email if
you have provided one. If I am unable to reach you, I will make every effort to
reschedule. As a last resort, a refund will be issued if no alternative arrangement can’t
be made
