1)Introduction:
Welcome to Spectrum Protection LLC, by accessing our website, purchasing our
products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2)Scope of Services:
We provide educational tips, advice, and strategies for parents, teachers, caregivers,
and professionals who work with children. We also offer products designed as
resources to support emotional regulation, behavior management, and learning.
3)No Professional Advice Disclaimer:
The information provided on our website, in training materials, or through our products
is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for
professional advice from a licensed therapist, psychologist, educator, or medical
professional. You are responsible for determining the suitability of any advice or
resources for your specific situation.
4)Use of Products and Resources:
Our products and resources are intended as tools to aid in supporting children’s
development but should not replace professional intervention when needed.

All purchases made through our website are final unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue products, or modify offerings at

Cancellation Policy

Spectrum Protection’s Appointment Policy
1) If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be canceled,
and no refund will be issued.
2) If you do not reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance and fail to
attend, no refund will be provided.
3) To reschedule an appointment, please email [email protected] at least
48 hours prior to your session. If you do not have a new date at the time of
rescheduling, that is okay-we can work together to determine a future date.
4) All bookings are non-refundable, but I am happy to work with you to find a suitable time
for your session.
5) In the event that I am unable to attend due to an emergency, I will notify you via email if
you have provided one. If I am unable to reach you, I will make every effort to
reschedule. As a last resort, a refund will be issued if no alternative arrangement can’t
be made
